When creating the system for using extra PayPal accounts we ran into a problem where 2 items to go on an invoice might have different PayPal accounts set. Our way to overcome this was to use the PayPal address of the first item on the invoice, thus giving the Seller the chance to choose which item to add first or to send 2 separate invoices.

Now we've had a helpful suggestion to make the address selectable from the invoice creation interface. I can't see why we can't do this so we'll get it added.

    Thx again.

Oh, we have two paypal accounts if we want them, Chris. But the invoice is automatically created against the account attached to the first item selected....

I know, but the 20 month old post I linked to was asking for an over-ride on the invoice if all items were listed with the micro-account.

I've just had one of my bead customers place an order; no individual item was more than £1.75 so I would like my micro account as the default for that but, as she bought 31 items, I want the payment to go to my merchant account.
I'm just getting a little hacked with support not reading things/thinking things through properly at the moment.

Oh, Chris, I so agree with you. My sales are increasing here and, as they do, the clunks seem so much louder, so you must need ear-defenders

    Claire,

I took a look at your listings to see what you meant by state of your listings. Mine are a mess, mainly inconsistent older listings I haven't located to update.

I am involved in teaching teachers how to present teaching materials on the web, so I pick up a few things about housestyle and design.

    1. Use a sans serif font (Arial) onscreen, especially now people are using devices with smaller screens as it is easier to read than serif font face (Times New Roman). On paper Times New Roman is better.
    2. Keep background colours very light as many people skip reading words on a dark background
    3. Don't underline onscreen as people try to click on the underlining to get to your link
