Not really concerned one way or the other; it didn't affect my joining/upgrading, the forums did that. I can't see where it hurts anything, though it's hard to see how it's much help either.
Best wishes for many sales to all,
Yes, it should be removed
No, it should stay
Don't mind
A wholehearted 'YES'!
I also think any comparisons to eBay should be disallowed on Profile pages.
It is interesting that so many people seem to think that eBid should not be compared with Feebay when that is exactly what the vast majority of new users do. We may know that eBid and Feebay are two different beasts, but most other people won't know this until after they've been here for a while. Because of that I think it is perfectly fair to point out where the two sites differ - but only if it is done in a positive manner.
Perhaps rather than removing the comparison idea completely, it could be rejigged in some way to be both accurate and fair to both sites and point out the unique features we have here?
I would prefer that management stopped doing it so the rest of us didn't have to expend quite so much time and energy correcting the misleading impression they give. I'd like to see all mention of any other competitor site utterly banned, so that the focus was purely on using this site to the best of its ability.
Sales are most likely 1 here and 35 there. Yep thats 35-1
A clear KO. Sales wise there is no comparison and thats what auctioning is about. A bid Column would tell any looker that. But a bid column in its 4th Month here would make that 35-5 an educated opinion.

I for one think it should stay. Not only that, but if there is any way to broadcast it, I would be in favor. Face it, ebid is the only legitimate alternative to ebay right now for most purposes. I know that it was a very crucial factor in getting me over here from ebay. I had never heard about ebid before I read that Toptenreview article. Growing ebid is only going to help your business. Why would you want to do away with something that makes ex-ebayers feel comfortable here right away? I dont get it. Are you trying to be nice and polite toward ebay?????? For heaven sakes why? The only thing I would like to see change hopefully someday is `See why MILLIONS are coming to eBid.`
