Default Contents of eBid system email

I find eBid system emails messy, sometimes unprofessional looking and on occasions badly worded. Sending emails in text form looks old-fashioned and are quite often difficult to follow. Also many ‘warning’ emails, for example the message for the removal of duplicate items, can be seen as unfriendly and may not endear eBid to the recipient. I would suggest a review of email contents should be undertaken, mainly to 'modernise' them but also to make some more friendly. What do others think?

I definitely find the eBid emails generated by the site sooooo confusing, too! I'm not as concerned with the actual body of the emails, but rather the subject lines!!! I'm sure I can't speak for everyone, but for me...when I'm scanning down pages of new emails in my inbox I have, on more than one occasion, deleted accidently important emails....yikes!
