Juliebabe, I totally agree. I have taken Ina's newsletter since 1999 and she has never been anti-ebid, quiet the opposite. She regularly has articles on ways to break away from eBay.
In fact she a few months ago, Ina had a article about how spectacular of a job the customer service at eBid is and how it is above the rest. I have heard about Tamebay, but have never been to their site.
Sorry then, it's entirely possibly I've muddled them up!
A thought... which is the site that refuses to have a separate ebid forum and insists all discussion goes into one thread? That's the one I was thinking of. Makes every discussion live under a bunch of old posts full of old, inaccurate and negative rubbish. Which site's that?

4 shops for Cats Protection & Prospect Hospice
My Postcard Shop
BK Stamps for Philatelic listings
& Yarnalong for craft patterns
and
Lotzabitz -anything that doesn't belong in one of the other shops.
P.S. However, I do have Powersellersunite's chart of lot counts bookmarked and I see we are firmly ahead of everyone but the market leader.

A lot of the members on the PowerSellers Unite have asked repeatedly for a separate forum listing for eBid and the management has refused ever time. Don't understand it myself. Don't understand how auction sites that are now longer in business like Bidville get one that has the most recent post of January 2011, and they will not give one to eBid. Just seems strange to me, why they refuse to do it; even after countless members have asked for it.
