eBay's reviews are not exactly glowing.

The thing that always annoys me about such reviews is when people berate eBid (or any site) for things - when the problem is the user's own ignorance of the site's facilities. Why can't they check their facts before posting?

THis site Lacks a real auction feel, why?? NO bid Column!!!!!

I'll put one I made in the post to you. It is self-adhesive - just stick it to your monitor screen where you wish the bid column to be.

I agree, Astral. Auction sites or high-street stores are just like people, if you ask me. They all have good points and bad points, and most everyone can find one or more to suit them. Don't complain about the ones that aren't a good match....just move on.

OMG just another eBidder who does NOT know what a Bid Column is... tis no wonder this site does not move upwards and have real pulic online Auction action!!

I know exactly what a bid column is. Our opinions on its importance differ though. But, of course, in your world your opinion is the only one that counts for anything, and anyone that disagrees must be a total idiot.
