too much like hard work for me! I tried bellydance classes and after 15mins had to go sit the rest of the class out

it is great fun but you need to be prepared to pace yourself and take a break when it gets too much. i still do it at home and practice my hip lifts and shoulder shrugs whilst hoovering

I could never do belly dancing in a class, I've too much belly and not enough class.
