Speedy support. Wow!

Hi all,

I am a new eBid member. I upgraded to Seller+ as I am planning on selling many little things that I have. I sent in a support ticket to request for the free t-shirt. The email was sent at 3:20 AM, and I got a reply at 3:31 AM. 11 minutes… this is the fastest support that I have ever received. I am really impressed and this is a really wonderful start ! I feel that I have to share this excitement and happiness somewhere and found this section on the forum.

Welcome, Yuki! You deserve praise for finding out how to email support without whining first! (that seems to be what most people do!).

There is loads of advice on the forums and sales are getting better all the time - in spite of the state of the economy (or perhaps because? People are looking out for bargains?)
