Agreed, but as there is already red and green the logic said traffic light to me

I follow the thinking, but I don't need my statement to look like a traffic light, thanks. There's no safety issues involved, all these warnings are OTT - just give me the facts calmly and leave it at that is my view. I'd be perfectly happy for it all to be calmed down and presented in standard text colours etc, but that's probably hoping too much!

I received an email stating my payment for June "was due". I checked my "fees area" on eBid, and it said I owed less than payable amounts for May and June. Each month had "no payment due at this time" next to it. Not sure what the minimum required invoice amount is to trigger "an overdue bill" but it is stress producing every time I see one. I get the impression that my ability to use my eBid account is threatened. Would appreciate a simple invoice, lacking any color coding, and titled "Payment Due Now" or by "such and such adate". I know I will probably receive a red over due bill when I reach the minimum payment level. Wish this could change.

I'm sure there are other threads about this, but I can't find one on this forum - It is wildly unfriendly that my invoice, issued this morning shows on "My fees & Invoices" as overdue. I have it set up to be taken automatically so it can't be overdue.

I don't like getting red bills and I don't expect that I am alone!

I have bumped my gums about this in the past too AND started a thread. I just don't get how something can be OVERDUE when it just hits your Inbox! It's been doing my head in for ages and I GROWL when I see it each month!
