"Invoice Overdue"!!!

I'm sure there are other threads about this, but I can't find one on this forum - It is wildly unfriendly that my invoice, issued this morning shows on "My fees & Invoices" as overdue. I have it set up to be taken automatically so it can't be overdue.

I don't like getting red bills and I don't expect that I am alone!

Your account does not have the large yellow background overdue notice on it. Can you let us know where you saw it and send us a screenshot if you can.

No yellow screen but the word "overdue" is hardly friendly - this is on justpurrfect

Mine's showing the same - but on checking all previous invoices, payment is taken/comes through the day after.

I have red too.

Why not have 3 colours.
Red = overdue (which these are not)
Orange = Issued but unpaid
Green = Paid

I suppose, technically, an invoice becomes overdue the moment it is issued.

That aside, a simple change from 1 invoice(s) now overdue to 1 invoice(s) is now due would be a lot friendlier.

If still unpaid by the next month then send the boys round with baseball bats.

Agreed, but as there is already red and green the logic said traffic light to me
