thanks!
This cane was brought over from England by my parents after WW11. They called it their treasure. I have no clue if it is Chinese or Japanese, any thoughts? Many thanks!

Any ideas would be appreciated
I has a mirror on the inside of the lid, no HM's on it at all, the lit is Apparently Soap Stone 6cm across 2.3cm deep
Pretty heavy for its size at 72grams
I do have a reverse chinese painting. It is in an old frame with wooden pegs. I know that these were made in bulk for the tourist trade, but some are more valuable than others. How do I tell if I have a valuable one? Also, I have some satsuma with the chinese markings, but I cannot find these markings on a reference page...at least not that I can identify. Could I send or upload some pics of all this and see what you think?
Cloisonne Fangding Censer vessel and cover each side intricately decorated with a taotie mask divided by raised flange with dragons, supported on four shaped dragon decorated legs.
What is estimate value?
Purchased in the 1940s by my grandfather an avid antique collector
Thanks
