Help needed to identify.

Are there any marks on the bottom or sometimes they might be on or near the decoration? Sometimes we are half way there if there's a mark.

How strange. Maybe it's a regular pattern for general makers?

It's the 'Crinoline lady' pattern - Some designs are used by many manufacturers; These are known as 'Open stock' patterns.
