Wanted to share with everyone of Ebids great support team.Recently had a buyer that never paid or answered any of my e-mails regarding payment.After waiting three weeks,I left negative feedback for this buyer.Even thou they wouldn't respond to any of my e-mails or payment reminders,they instantly left me a negative.Opened a support ticket and within 5 minutes the Ebid support team removed their comments.Nice to see a site that will remove unjustified feedback comments-so refreshing!Thanks support team.
