Wanted to share with everyone of Ebids great support team.Recently had a buyer that never paid or answered any of my e-mails regarding payment.After waiting three weeks,I left negative feedback for this buyer.Even thou they wouldn't respond to any of my e-mails or payment reminders,they instantly left me a negative.Opened a support ticket and within 5 minutes the Ebid support team removed their comments.Nice to see a site that will remove unjustified feedback comments-so refreshing!Thanks support team.

I have to agree! I have had to contact them twice since signing on to this site, and both times issues were dealt with quickly and effectively. i am so pleased and encouraged.

Yup they are second to non, had to contact them quite a few times over the 5 years ive been here and every time response was both quick and helpful its one of Ebids strongest points I feel and something that I hope they will hold onto when they get bigger :P

eBid support are the best, if there is a problem with your auction count number when viewing 2 or more ways and you contact support about it they will apologise and rectify the problem for you.
