Sports Card Section Needs Fixed

This should of been done at least 3 Years ago... more and more sports cards are being added.. and Many lack the correct way to advertise their cards.

Easiest way is to mostly-copy feepays. This is a real bad situation and stopping me and many others from fully listing here.
There is just tooooooo many not-listening nor caring here. If one has no clue... they will never understand.

The way the sports memorabilia & card section was set up, was down to one of the ex-members of the now closed Bidville, at about the time it closed. The thread he started is probably around somewhere.
He claimed if the sports cards were moved out of collectables trading cards & made a top level category along with sports memorabilia, set up the way he described 1000's of listings would be added,
it was
& it didn't happen!

If you want changes & additions made you need to put them in the correct format,
exactly as you want them,
as per Gazza's post,

To the Point..... Sports Cards are a HUGE Category and as of this Date.. it is much to complicated to describe(should of been fixed 3 Years ago).
The only solution is someone who knows at the programming keys.. and that ain't gonna happen
We badly need it all fixed and the only way is to copy most of feebays setup.. if not, it will never be fixed.
There are about 80,000 listings here now when there should be over 200,000. Rearranging many thousands of listings will be another job in itself.
But is has to be done.... big bucks involved, all around.

I am posting these so everyone can see the current state of this section on ebid.

I do have these listed with breaks on my PC but when I copy them here the tabs and breaks do not show resulting
in a huge list ????? Anyway this is a start. Once I list them I'll go through them and make the corrections I see needed.

The Programs is def in need of a fix

but I would get rid of it in total and merge it with the memorbillia section
that's what I propose and obviously include MLB programs World Series Etc...as they are the #1
collected programs in the world, also add NFL & Superbowl, also Nascar, Boxing, HorseRacing, and many more.

If anyone know a way to post a word doc or even from notepad so it saves your breaks and tabs please let me know as that would make
posting these easier. If not I'll figure something out.

I'll take a good look at these and then make another list that will be my suggestions for each section.

The goal is to have a sports card and memorbillia section that is easier, up to date, and one that makes sense and doesn't over look other sports. Hopefully once this is done a total revamp of the sportscard and memorbillia section will be done.

I attatched everthing as a word doc to make it easier to see. for what ever reason when i try to post in these fourms all the formating and breaks and tabs are lost resulting as just one big list....but here it all is in a word doc to make it easier to see.

I will take a look at everything and make a new one with my suggestion for a total overhaul of this section.
