Many of us saw Gazza's response, & that is why Jeweleffects started this poll.

We actually had 3 threads about Best Offer all going at the same time. When Jeweleffects started this per Gazza's request I asked atomicant57 to delete his 2 threads so none would take away from each other. Gazza did ask the original poster to start a poll but one poll for the same thing is enough.

Then I buy or dont buy and move on There are times when cash flow is more important than profit and would gladly accept a lower offer then the price I am asking, but to lower every item we have listed to a loser, until we get the cashflow desired, and then go back and raise the prices is just ludicrous
Agreed, so many reasons to add the option. Still haven't seen any reasons to not add the option. Only thing I see is sellers who don't want to use it, but it would be an option and these sellers wouldn't have to use it. So I don't count that as a reason why the option should not exist.

Yes, Gazza requested it in a thread I started, but when Jeweleffects started the poll I deleted my thread. My thread was no longer needed as the point of it was to get eBid to take some action and Gazza's request for this poll was that action.

For the same reason I don't want the site to have fakes and frauds

Yes, I forgot to mention that adruml brought Jeweleffects poll to my attention and asked for me to delete the threads. I agreed 100%.

Please explain how "Make an Offer" (Option) would threaten integrity?

Walmart does not have a 'make offer' option at the register

The tax man does does not say 'what would you like to pay?'

The Post Office does not compromise on prices

    Used car dealers haggle

'Used car salesman' is synonymous with crook in my world
    My clutter

I don't play the reserve game

Yep! I even haggled with a street vendor today to drop the price of his sandwich & he did. :-)
While yer at adding features, would also like to see the bids & the watchers.

This is a ‘’auction site’’ for god sake….not a big corporation…and I never see in my life somebody compare garage stuff…back yard sale items…basement old stuff….with big corporation…most of sellers selling used items or items without any paperwork so for all this stuff it is normal if somebody ask you for lower the price and by the way if any seller don’t like to use ‘’make an offer’’ options just don’t offer this options…AMEN….......
