Yep! As stated on a previous thread, if the facility is there it can be used - or not - as we wish.

I am for it....like I say already best offer options should be with usual stuff likes: reserve price, which country you like to send your item, which payment you like to accept for own item...with small box so any seller can check it box or if don't like to offer options just uncheck it and that's all...and in the end best offer options must be voluntary likes shipping country...reserve price....and so on, for any seller who don't like to offer this stuff just uncheck box and everything will be same like before for like this sellers......
