I just marked ALL the items on an invoice as "Shipped" in one easy step, and then discovered I could type in the feedback for one of the items, copy it to all the others, and save that in another easy step. This is a wonderful timesaver, and I'm much less likely to make any mistakes.

Yep, we added Copy to All and Copy to User buttons to save time entering feedback.. Glad it's of help.
