Please add "thank you for payment" to AAL

If somebody pays by a non-integrated payment we get to send an acknowledgement when we update the AAL as payment received. If they pay by an integrated method there's no option to acknowledge receipt, other than messing about with Questions. Please can we have "acknowledge payment" or something similar? This will notify the buyer that we've got the cash and the purchase is going ahead smoothly, prior to issuing a shipping notice or leaving feedback (which many prefer not to do till later). Thanks.

I second this suggestion also.
It provides some peace of mind to buyers (especially Newbies) to know that there is someone at the other end, and that, as sellers we are appreciative of their payment (in a smoother way thanhaving to place an additional note in Invoices/Ask Question, as mentioned by Kimbo)
