Using Paypal((if you used it) or the USPS website.
Both work for what you have asked.

If you go to the USPS website you can set up an account and print priority postage from there. I am not sure about the area you live in but here I can schedule for them to pick up my packages. If you don't have home delivery you may not be able to have them picked up.

thanks. i now realize i should have posted this in the postage section. i didnt see it before. sorry. it hit me after asking that i think i can do this on paypal but was not sure. i have never done it from there. i always printed and payed from the ebay sight but i guess its really all the same. it always payed it from my paypal. i live in the country and have always just put a note in my mail box that i have packages for pick up on my front porch and the postman would just drive up and get them. as long as they were postage paid. thanks folks.

yeah but lines and postal employees attitudes bite for sure. also the rates are more at the po and cheaper online.

If the buyer pays by PayPal I can print postage for Priority Mail from my PayPal account. Any other payment method, I can print it from www.usps.com (where I also have an account). Both give me the online discount. Our mail service will pick it up at my home.

However, I usually ship by First Class Mail. That cannot be printed online, and our local mail service will not pick it up.

First Class domestic can be printed via Paypal. The OP is correct about the prices. I had someone that didn't pay via Paypal, which is why I had to go in today. What costs me $1.75 online was $2.51 in the PO.
