Yes I suggest that you follow ALL of Naturelady's advice.

Your About Me page says you have been on ebid since 2009 and have not sold anything.
That is very negative, so why would anyone want to buy from you ?

And put all of your items back on, that variety may attract some buyers.

You say you are busy, we all are, if you want to sell online you have to put some effort in.

Run a few specials to get some sales on the board.

Oh, now I see what you're saying. Clearly 2 hours of sleep doesn't go as far as it used to. lol

Yeah, I would probably take out or rewrite those first two paragraphs.
