Thread: Are CPAP supplies allowed to be sold on ebid???

  1. #1

Default Are CPAP supplies allowed to be sold on ebid???

Didn't see them in the banned section or what you can't sell.
Are sales of CPAP supplies allowed. I see some machines listed.
I wanted to know if I could sell brand new masks and straps for the masks.
Don't know if they are allowed or not.

any help is appreciated I didn't want to list them without asking.

    thank you

CPAP are forced air breathing machines used to help people sleep.
often listed under Health/Beauty/Sleep/Sleep Aides then either machines, masks, parts etc....
they are allowed on other auction sites but some they are not. I wanted to know if they were
allowed here. I see some listed on ebid but most not under the correct area. Also I see machines but not
much for masks. Just curious. I'd like to know prior to listing don't want to list something that's not allowed.

Think you need to email support@ebid.net for a definitive answer on this one. Here in the states there are many "big companies" offering CPAP supplies at little/no cost under the Medicare, etc. programs...don't know if it would be a viable venture...but worth checking into nonetheless...good luck!

Agree with Mary, definitely e mail support about this.

Read the title too quickly at first, so I just had to open this one.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

I forwarded the question to the support email
    thanks.

They aren't free in the States just the opposite they are expensive and also the parts are.
If you don't have any insurance they are super expensive. Most masks run 120$-150$ and
parts wear out and run 20$-40$ per piece for the masks. The units themselves sell 500$+ up to
3000$. Again same with the tubes and other parts they also cost $$$.
