Apparently they fixed the Canadian shipping calculator, but not the U.S. shipping calculator. I went to my 'mock' listing and the shipping is still incorrect. http://us.ebid.net/for-sale/test-lis...r-28567812.htm

It is for multiple quantities of the same item. Like if you are selling computer ink or something.

And no dice on Bulk Edit working changing shippings so there can be multiple quantities.
Just gave it a try and no go.

I had not logged into my UPS account for a while and got this email this morning from them: Our records indicate that you have not taken advantage of My UPS recently. To keep your registration active, simply log in to My UPS before Sunday, June 05, 2011. If you no longer have a need for My UPS, do nothing and your registration will expire on Sunday, June 05, 2011.

Ebid should use a similar system and if user does not log in, ebid should close their listings until user signs in and activates listings again.

I hope they are as concerned about this as they are about the "make an Offer" issue. This is hurting all of us a whole lot more than not having the make and offer.
