Are listing changes automatically updated on Google Shopping?

Quick question. If I change a listing -- say for instance I add some keywords or change the price -- are those changes automatically updated on Google Shopping or do I have to re-list the item?

I am bumping this back up to the top because I have often wondered this too and have just changed quite a few of my listings as well.

Not sure about wording changes, but I've used the Bulk Upload tool to change postage (thank you, USPS) prices on multiple items at one time without relisting and it worked quite well. Of course I use flat rate shipping, not sure how it would work for calculated rates.
