free postage not showong on google

I am listing items on Ebid and offering them with free postage.
When I search google shopping my items are showing - however they are not showing as free postage or giving the total price whereas some non ebid items in the results do show free postage and total price. The result is that my items can appear at first glance to be more expensive when in actual fact i am actually cheaper than many. Would it be worth editing my listings to price + postage in the hope that the apparant lower price will raise me up in the google search results or is there a way of getting my free postage & total price recognised on the google search results

Hi and welcome to eBid.

You raise a good point, and one I've heard mentioned on this forum before. IMHO, as support uploads listings to Google shopping, it might be worthwhile contacting them about this.

I have the same problem, and couldn't find any trick/tip to make the free postage show up in Google, so I changed most of my free postage items back to calculated postage so Google shoppers can see my items are less expensive than the others. My free postage items disappear from the Google lists when you tick the "free postage" box for comparing prices ... so better to reduce the price and charge postage.
