    Cool Google searches

im not sure but many people start by searching for a product with google

unfortunately nearly always the first 10 or so non sponsored links atre for ebay
i dont know how but there must be a way of getting ebid further up the results with search engines ??

<<<< im an ebay leaver now after falling most foul to their DSR system despite having 98% positive feedback
still unsure about ebid, however, willing to give it good old try as its still a fresh market place
if people come here looking for my products then they are going to find me

eBid items normally do very well on Google Product's rankings - eBid being one of the original Google Marketplace partners.

As you have only been here just over an hour, I would give time for your listed items to appear on Google Products and then see where your placement is.

Agree with astral, Google shopping placement for my items is usually high, though it normally takes a few hours for items to show up on Google shopping after listing them on eBid.

    Oh and welcome to eBid.

Best wishes for many sale to all,

I'm with jc on this one. I just tried several auctions that I listied weeks ago. I gave up looking after 10 pages and buyers would give up long before that. The only way I could find one of my listings was to put in the entire title. I wonder if we're talking about the same thing. I searched for my stuff using the standard Google search. Astral you said they do well on Google Product Rankings & Sues you said Google Shopping Placements. I really want this to work out, I like the everything else about eBid

I think you need to click on the shopping tab in google, this is where they generally appear. They can appear in the main listings, but have a look in the shopping link

Hey Ron, I went back to google and couldn't find a shopping tab to click on. Perhaps google is set up differently in the UK. I'm in Canada and I think JC is in the US. I did try another listing and this time it was on the first page. Corinne

Yes, definitely click on the shopping tab before searching, shopping tab is visible here (NC, U.S.) from the Google homepage.

Best wishes for many sales to all,
