Ebid was mentioned in Auctiva's News letter with others as potential site for eBay members leaving eBay, due to the ever increasing Fees.
Ebid again was mentioned in the same Auctiva's News letter by an Ebay Power seller/s as a potential site and that they were listing a few items- testing the water.

Gaz wouldn't this be another opotunity to forge to the front ..banner in hand.. follow me to eBid, Advertise....!!!!!!!!!! more buyers wanted.

Yeah once they bring out the API, sites like that and other listing programs will be able to link direct.

The ones I have spoken to have wanted too but without the API they are stuck.

Trouble is, a lot of peeps (myself included) have abandoned Auctiva for Vendio since Auctiva started charging.
If I'm going to pay, then it will be for something like 'Listing Factory'.

Ebid is now on Greedbay. I did a search for ebid on Greedbay. There were more than 20,000 responses. The best was an auction for SELLER+ EBID ACCOUNT SELL FOR FREE!!!. The starting bid was 1 cent with a shipping charge of $50.00. Advertising Ebid on Greedbay = X, using their offer of a free listing = XX and taking their advice of upping the shipping charge = priceless.

I just tried that on the UK site and it changed my search from eBid to enid. Maybe because eBid has been bigger in the UK they have blocked that search.

Only 1 shows-up, not 20,000. E8ay probably removed them all.

The Ebid references are found in the descriptions usually telling where the seller also lists auctions.
