Nancy, I must first thank you for so very generously donating two wonderful items to the YDC 86 Auction for Ruff Luck. I was totally overwhelmed when I first saw you were doing this and all the hard work you put in both plugging this one, and your items for Shelterbox.

I cannot thank you enough and I know Ruff Luck Rescue will be enormously grateful. I will, of course, let Ruff Luck know that you 'adopted' them and tell them of your kindness when the monies are passed to them.

You have most certainly shown the true spirit of eBid and the YDC.

I have added 'whats on your mind' to Ruff Luck Rescue's FaceBook page to acknowledge both of you and Nancy for your extra-ordinary kindness. I also added HerMajesty for her purchase of the Japanese Cup. I really am genuinely overwhelmed with a teary eye.

They hold training classes each Thursday (I am hoping to take little Tim to the beginners class when he has finished with all his parvo jabs, etc.), so will pass this phenomenal cheque over to them then.

I used your eBid names as I didn't know if which names you wanted on fBook. Let me know if you want it to say any different and I will re-do it. Nancy as you are a fBook member and have actually commented on their page, I thought your given name would be OK.

My heartfelt thanks to all three of you for showing the absolute true spirit of eBid and the YDC.

I live in a tiny flat and have rescued cats at various times but cannot have any dogs living here...no garden so they wouldn't really like it here anyway.

I am just happy to have had the opportunity to help out in some small way...I will definitely be happy to help out again...also by adding ruff Luck Rescue to my fundraising site that I am busy building now.

I live in a flat too and although I love my boy Mischka (and my two lassies Mhairi and Rhanni, God rest their furry wee heids) both Sammy and I love dogs too but aren't allowed one in the flats. Totally understandable cos it just wouldn't be fair on the dog. Mischka - and my girls - didn't know anything else as they'd never been outside. When I have a "clear out" everything gets sent to the PDSA who were SO good to us when our wee Rhanni-baby was deathly ill. But when I learned of Ruff Luck through Gill (LesliesDaughter) I decided to adopt them when I did my very first YDC.
