Listings Disappearing!

I know I don't own this thread but please could those who are having problems listing or having their listings deleted for policy violations ask for help on the selling, starting auctions and ebid stores board? This thread is about apparently random disappearance of listings. We don't know why it happens or when it happens, only that it happens and it is quite different from problems when listing.

I don't want to be seen as possessive of "my" thread or unfriendly to newbies, but this is very serious to me (and others) and I really don't want the problem to get hidden by other things.

That's ok.. I just want to make sure the problem doesn't get buried (I've not been sulking... I'm on holiday and have only just got round do doing the interenet thing!)

I listed about 40 auctions today and they are all gone!!!! They were all postcards of various places in Massachusettls.
I just switched here from ebay and I am very unhappy now. I wasted a whole afternoon!!!

This is a different problem from the one being discussed on this thread. Duplicate titles, prohibited items, wrong category, a reference to another site . . .all of these and many other infractions of the rules will cause a new listing to be deleted. If you are sure you didn't break any rules, you can contact support, but they'll need the auction ID numbers. You can get these from the emails they sent you for each of the listings.

Using the information given to us so far we haven't been able to find any problems. As soon as we can get a specific auction ID that has disappeared we will be able to dig a lot deeper.

I have given you specific ids, Gazza. You report that there is no problem but I didn't delete them and they were gone. I see that as a problem. I think I would prefer it if you had said "We haven't been able to locate the problem". I'm now taking ridiculous care to check on my listings and, when one disappears, I will have the id for you.
