Listings Disappearing!

Right... I've suspected this was happening and others have reported it. I have been starting on the awful business of editing listings for he postal price rise and I detect that a number of items have vanished into thin air. They haven't sold... I've still got them but they are gone! I can't produce item numbers, because they have vanished. It really is very depressing to think that I have to keep checking. I want to list not keep doing stock checks.

I have discovered that the "disappearing" listings are still on eBid, with the unsold message, ready to relist. They just don't show up on my Unsold page. I now keep a list of the auction IDs, if one disappears I can find it and relist.

I reported this more than once, it first happened to me about a year ago. Maybe referring to the most recent one will get support to take action now that they know it is a real problem, happening to more than one seller.

I can't tell - I've only just noticed. I'm VERY unimpressed. I had decided to concentrate on listing my stamps.. May not bother now.

This is one of the reasons I'm listing all of my very low-priced items as Run Until Sold. I don't think any of those have disappeared. The glitch is with the process when an auction closes as scheduled.

I have a large number of stamps to list. I may have to go elsewhere with them. The idea of checking on them all the time is unbearable

I have just discovered another complete range vanished - 181 in that one.

Now my total is up to over 360

Yes, same thing happening here! I just spotted it today. Checking a range of Star wars items, found seven in the storage box, only three left on eBid. I know I listed them all.

I started checking some other items only to find that they had gone too.

Ive found a 3rd batch of 180 vanished - but at least I still got this lot in ninja
otherwise it was over 540 gone.

Ebid please take note of this - this has happened to long time sellers.
Over the course of a few years, we have all listed thousands of items, and re-listed them too.

Possibly understandable to a certain extent if we had only been here a few days, still finding our feet, and accidently clicked a wrong button (although not sure what button could do what has happened in this thread).
