Yes... I am extremely annoyed that there is not a Bid Column for all to see when scrolling pages of listings.
Bids draw eyes, which inturn bring more bids.. it adds Real Auction action and higher sale prices.
Wake Up here... and I do Not care who does not like this comment. My patience is wearing very thin here, and with comments from folk who just sit back.. and do not realize why this site is not much much much more active.
No Bid Column is why!! Yes 80% deadness here Because site acts like a BIN site and Not an auction site.
I rest.

I would argue that it was quite a long time ago that they tried it Madelaine and the site has grown enormously since then. I've had a lot more bids coming in over the last few months, I've just had two items finish today that had bids on.
I would very much like to see a bid column back even if it was only for a trial run again.

I have to agree if bids were shown it would be way better and would definitely attract more buyers to auction style listings. I also think that seeing actual bids on something attracts more interest as well. Maybe another trial run would be a good idea.
I sold 9 items last week. Only one was via BIN. So to say that most items are sold via BIN, not in my case.

I am a former ebayer from the US. I'm coming to ebid because of new fees ebay is instituting this month. Ebid has me more confused and concerned that the items I sold consistently will not be so consistent here but I will be trying to make a go of it. Everything seems more complicated but change can be difficult.
Unfortunately none, and that is exactly my point. If bids had been shown I would have had a better chance of getting multiple bidders. The ONLY time I've had multiple bidders on this site was when bids were at least shown in the stores. Since then, I've not had multiple bidders. That tells me something.
