Default Ebid ranked 1st on a new website!

    Great news,
I just found this new website called Ebay Boycott

    http://www.ebayboycott.com/

Its just been set up to organise a listing and buying boycott of ebay starting on the 1st April.

I won't comment on the boycott.

But what is amazing is that on the home page the site says, that sellers should all move enmasse to one or two sites to have a greater impact. (that makes sense as there are hundreds of sites)

But then they go on to list the top 3 sites they recommend in order of popularity that they have seen mentioned on forums and as being good sites.

    1 Ebid.net
    2 Bonanza
    3 Etsy (for handmade)

    That is fantastic.
And the thing that really inspires me is that for the last year I have seen people recommend other sites such as bonanza or ecrater or ioffer, or etsy, but hardly ever ebid. Now we are top !

I think a lot of this is also due to the position that we reached for 2 days as second on the PSU list with 4 million listings.

We need to get Gazza to get that page moving again. (even if its gone down, it does not look good stuck as it is)

Ebay had a "special bulletin board" for postings about their latest dealer holocaust. It was up for 2 days.
MANY people mentioned ebid in a positive manner as a place to go. Ebid is being recognized by disgruntled dealers. Hopefully next is recognition by alienated buyers. Ebay has gone insane. Someone has to benefit....
