Just gone to print the invoice and it shows as no shipping added, now this last happened around 18 months ago and was 'fixed' but it is broken again by the looks of things

I am wondering if it's because the discount given is more than the amount charged for 1 auction,

I've had a reply from support about this

"If you have your PayPal Account settings set in a certain way it can override the shipping amounts we send to them when your buyers checkout or pay via an invoice. To check this go your Paypal Account : My Account > Profile > Postage Calculations. Look at the bottom of the page and there is a checkbox captioned: "Click here to allow transaction-based postage values to override the profile postage settings listed above." Make sure that is ticked."

I'm hoping that this is the solution - but I am far from convinced.

Now I am not shooting the message, but what has paypal got to do with eBid showing invoices as a negative amount. Sorry but I think HQ need to come back from cloud 9 on this issue and fix it.
The no postage is nothing to do with paypal, it's to do with a bug in their invoice system.

What happens if the buyer wants to pay by google checkout, bacs, etc, how would fixing something that is not broke on paypal fix the invoice problem here.

That's what I've told support, Sarah. I was having a bad day before my Australian buyer paid.

I've just sent HQ an email too, as I am annoyed that the way it is at the moment it looks like I ain't got a clue what I am doing when sending an invoice (from a buyers view that is) and it also looks like eBid don't know what it is doing from a buyer view too.
