A quick YDC poll please

I would like to streamline "YDC" and run the announcement thread for only 4 days instead of 7,
matching the actual YDC run time.

Anyone agree? Disagree? Votes please.....

Makes sense to me. I think a tighter focus often works better. And stops people getting sick of the sight of it!!

Wouldn't hurt to try it shorter - tho I do appreciate the earlier heads up when my brain is in one of its foggy runs from the crown being too tight........

I agree too as it would give the whole YDC process (from announcing, listing, pimping, collecting, donating etc) a better chance of being wrapped up within 2 weeks allowing for a decent break between each YDC.

I think these days a lot of us start planning our next YDC as soon as the current one finishes, so all that's needed as a quick "it's nearly here" to get us sharp. Well, less blunt.
