Forum threads messed up width wide since last update

Don't know if you're aware of this, but many of us are having problems posting because the 'width' of the page is screwy. I use IE 8 win XP. Here is the link to the forum that has been going about it.

Yeah - just confirming that Ginny..... I too see the 'excessive width' problem, but interestingly only on that one thread entitled "OK... Who broke the forum layout?" AND only on the first page (page 1) .... NOT page 2. (strange)...

I take it you're still getting the problem across ALL the forum posts?

Another thing I just noticed.....I don't see the private message button under user's names anymore either.

I normally run Firefox under Win XP SP3 and do not have the issues you are suffering. Width is OK and I get the PM link (though I don't have PM enabled).

I have also tried under IE8, Chrome, Safari, and Opera browsers and cannot reproduce your width issue.

Just how far away is the submit button and what width of monitor do you use (e.g. greater or lesser than 1024 pixels wide)?

Any chance of a screenshot?

You could try searching for these three files on your computer and deleting them if they exist. This will force new copies to be fetched from eBid.
