Item wanted - any way to tell sellers?

I'm in the US and looking for a specific type of UK item. These items are hard to find on this side of the pond, and infrequently listed by UK sellers, but they are easier to find in UK than in US. There are about 25 unique items in this set, of which I have half. Basically, I think at least a few UK sellers in the category would be able to find and list these items if someone asked.

So what I'd like to do is to let sellers know I'm looking for this type of item, but Ask Seller A Question seems to be item-specific and not really the right place for what I would like to do.

eBid doesn't appear to have any sort of Wanted feature, what can you suggest?

What normally happens when one person wants something and they want to let everyone else know about it is to start a thread in the Kitchen Table section of the Forum with 'Wanted' in the heading. If people have what you're after, they'll add a post to the thread roughly describing what they have - its condition etc. When the discussion between the person wanting and the person who has gets to a certain point its usually taken away from the forums into the private message system and the end result is usually a listing where the transaction can take place.

Agree with Babs, a KT wanted thread is the way to go. I also have my wish lists posted on my About Me page - not that anyone looks, but I remain hopeful...
