I assume it would work in a similar way to "Exciting Auctions On eBid" which is now on the home page except it will look a lot more attractive

It's not linked from his main ebid info site for some reason but is still accessible via http://www.ebidinfo.com/tools/
I've just added it to my all about page & it's easy to use.I'm sure he could easily adapt it for the front page to show random listings.

That's only the x*sell one, isn't it? It's not his.

Edit to add: His is better! But he doesn't seem to offer it any more.

This would be far easier with an eBid api
