Yes anyone can get the Alexa toolbar

Just go to their website alexa.com and on the menu click on Toolbar, then click on Install toolbar.

You will find it very interesting if you surf other websites and you will also help ebid gain a higher rating.

(it does record details of the websites you visit, so some people get paranoid about this, but millions of people use it and they have been going for years and they are a reputable company)
