Thread: Cardstock stacks

  1. #1

    Default Cardstock stacks

Today I was shopping for cardstock stacks on eBid and didn't have any luck in finding any.

The size I was looking for was 4.5 inches x 6.5 inches. I'm looking for an assortment of colours and I had jewel tone colours and other plain paper in mind ... no patterns or glittery paper, just a variety of plain colours.

Are there any sellers who have such animals?

    :-)

I'm thinking DCWV Jewel Cardstock? (or even Dovecraft come to mind)... Have a peep in my store under Paper Card etc.../ 4.5 x 6.5

If nothing's there, it might be in a 6x6 inch format / not have listed it yet of which I shall let you know when I've listed something new.

Have you ever thought about buying larger sheets and chopping to size? Similarly, I have 12x12 by Dovecraft / Bazzill Basics / DCWV - which opens up a whole kaleidoscope of colours in that slightly grasstock (?) textured effect that DCWV tend to do.

If it's absolute SMOOTH you're after, not sure I have these but will double check while I've got my head in the stock!

I'm glad BlossomTree replied, it saved me the trouble of recommending her!

I'll recommend myself Marie. I'll list a few which are A6 (approx. 4" x 6") in size to see if there's anything you fancy.

There are 281 craft shops on the UK site and 15 on the Canada one, which could explain a lot.

Nice looking stacks, Blossom Tree. :-)

Tiz, I'll check your auctions as well.

HerMaj, it does surprise me that there is nothing listed on eBid that from North American sellers.

Blossom, I will likely have to cut my own in order to keep my costs down, but it was a thought.

But I suspect (and it's only a guess) that postage from the US would be cheaper than from the UK........if not, it says a lot about the US postal system.

    I didn't check US - that's 99. Maybe they'll check in later.
