"Sell on Ebid" wording on main page has no target URL

Don't know if this is a glitch or not, but I feel as the "Buy on Ebid" wording on the left of the main regional homepage (http://uk.ebid.net/ in this instance) is clickable (bringing up the list of categories below it), the "Sell on Ebid" wording on the right (circled in red in image below) should also be clickable and do something/go somewhere.

Is it supposed to be clickable and we have a glitch?

Newbies coming along might hover over it, try to click on it thinking this will take them to information regarding how to sell. As it doesn't seem to go anywhere, they might just give up/stick with ebay.
