    Well, i'm a buyeller!!!

    If the products are here....ie:the sellers and there wares are here..............i'll buy here!

    I don't really know why there is such an issue made re: sellers v buyers, sellers are potential customers too.

    That is one of the reasons I promote my store with 5 direct urls - instead of promoting ebid itself.

    I have over 100,000 emails addies of customers from the past 10 years - I could do a mass email drop to them all - but I sure as heck aint gonna!

    Two good points as always.

    Maybe you can jiggle the newsletter so that sellers can add their own links and a bit personal bumf, as they send it out to their customers emails.

    For me ebid must be doing something right, as listings keep rising and sales keep rising alongside them, maybe not as much as we are used to but in my opinion most of us are used to having thirty million plus products to also draw in the buyer so we have a way to go.

    I would say your second paragraph partly answered the question but that would come across as argumentative but I am wondering why you would not contact your customers?

    A - I have around 600 that request monthly updates - the others didnt - I respect their decision.

    B - If I was to do it - it would be directing them to my store on the site they purchased from.

    c - I cant be bothered. I have enough on my plate right now.
