have got to agree with the suggestion that sellers still get buddy points for sales even if the buyer doesn't leave feedback, buyer gets buddy points so why shouldn't we especially when the majority of buyers never leave feedback

If you are looking from eBid USA then you should be able to see all my items in dollars as well as pounds ? It's only if you are looking at things from another eBid country that you won't see the currency in dollars.

So many good points!

Most important to me:

Make it easier to see when seller last logged on.
Hide stores or listings from public view until they update login so new buyers won't get burned.
Show number of sold items for seller because feedback doesn't reflect amount of sales or maybe keep the picture active for a week or so with a "sold" sign through it?
Explanation of why a forum post or listing was removed.

Just thought of a new one.

Stop new members importing their feedback from other sites.

This is no longer needed, ebid is well established in the market and new members should earn their feedback on ebid. (imho)

I agree with the points regarding feedback however the problem is that few buyers on ebid seem inclined to leave any.
I wonder if anyone has any ideas as to why this should be.

Feedback elsewhere isn't always left nowadays. It just seems to slip buyer's minds

Would like to reiterate the one for getting some buddy points for selling even if we don't receive feedback. A lot of us never receive feedback for the items we sell.

You know the reason why a lot of people don't leave feedback.
That is they are probably not regular ebid members, they probably come from GPS just to buy one thing and then that is it.

I would say that just about all seller+ members on here that buy would leave feedback.
We all know that it is important to do so.

I think you have a website, if people buy from there, they don't have to leave feedback.
