Facility to mark more than one item sent please?

Recently a buyer bought multiple items and then, using eBid's splendid system, paid for them in one go without waiting for an invoice. This was all fine - I don't mind refunding the surplus postage when the items have been paid for together. I parceled the order.. so far so good... then I went to mark it sent and was required to mark each one sent separately.


Please can this be changed?

I recently did one with 3 items on it, I did send an invoice, and I was able to mark all items as shipped in one go.
So perhaps if you had done an invoice even after being paid you may have been able to mark all as shipped in one go.

Thanks - I'll try that but I'd really like it if eBid added this facility without me having to irritate buyers by sending them extra emails and it would also be useful for multiple sales to multiple buyers. They happen these days!

No. I would like to be able to send one email detailing all the items I have sent.

Right.. it's happened again - only it's 20+ items. I tried the "send an invoice after payment" thing and I get no opportunity to send an invoice for multiple items. So ebid expects me to mark each item sent separately? Come on! That's a waste of time, mind blowingly boring and just isn't going to happen!

Yes. I,ve tried to send and invoice after payment and couldn't. If Sherlock, or anyone else, has a method that Madelaine and I don't know about perhaps he could enlighten us.

From memory, I did not do anything special, it just came up mark all as shipped, not done another one since. so not sure if I took any special steps to get it.
