Proper Number Of Aucrions Not Listed

I have 73 Auctions posted on United States store but it only show a 62 Auctions found. When I have list they are all there and people have been looking. I tried editing and re-posting, as I saw in Members Forms but the one I tried it with did not add to the Auction List number but it could still be scrolled down to and opened. What do I do.

Have had a lack posting time but want to get started again. But would like to clear this up first.

Hi and welcome back to eBid.

I don't know if this is the situation with your listings, but sometimes when I list several items close together it takes the system a little while to catch up numberwise. If the listings are searchable, I would assume the listings are fine and it's just the numbers that need to catch up with your listings.

The only place where the number of auctions is always up-to-date is on your "All About the Seller" page. The other places where the number is shown don't get updated very often. The same is true of the number of feedbacks you've received.

Listing 'counts' are updated every four hours.

Hi, It is Millie again. Am so sorry to post about missing auctions. I made a printout and counted the auctions and there are 62. But thanks for trying to help. I was just starting and wanted to make up something that would help keep track. I used SKU's. Transferred some Foreign auctions to a new Foreign Postcard site and messed up some numbers. Think I have a system I can work with now and it is straightened out.

If you are listing then the numbers are in a state of flux. However, when I just looked you had a total listing count of 92, 62 listings in one store and 26 listing in your other store (total 88).

The difference of 4 (92 - 88) is due to those four items not being in any store. So your total listing count and your store counts will not match.
