So, educate me a bit about "Vintage" jewelry. I have some from my mother and some from me that are just sitting in boxes, but I don't think too much of it is anything but costume jewelry.

Vintage only has to do with the age; I thought at least twenty years old but less than antique (100 years old). The age I think can also vary depending on category. Lots of people like vintage costume jewelry.

Oh, girl, don't get me started! I can talk for hours about vintage jewelry. I might not make any sense but boy can I talk!

Check out the vintage jewelry stores in the jewelry category. I think there are about 25 of us now. It will give you a clue as to what your jewelry may be worth.
