It was not offering a T-Shirt when I paid for my seller+ so what are the dates of start and finish for those it was?

It was not there when i joined up and I recall the marketing appearing some time after but can't pin it down to a start date.

I followed this link yesterday mid-afternoon to see if I was entitled to a tshirt.
