eBid Bulk Upload Spreadsheet woes

Been doing battle with the excel spreadsheet for hours now and searched through help and forums, all to no avail...

I'm Seller+ and am consistently finding that Colum X (Action) can't be completed because it keeps throwing up the same error: "You must place ##end## in every end cell." even when column Y contains ##end## ?

I either cancel in which case the "a" I just entered in X disappears or weirdly if I enter "##end##" in X instead of Yit allows me too? Either of the two example rows can be completed but that's it?

Using Office 2007 on an XP SP3 box with a copy of the bulk spreadsheet I down-loaded today?

Ok just downloaded third copy today and now it works!
