Display Pic

Hi all

I'm new to eBid (came over from ebay because of high fees). Ive put up a few auctions but, when I have checked my listings, the display pic is not showing. I know it is something simple but I just can't figure it out lol. Any help would be appreciated

Hi darkkstar, Welcome to eBid. I am fairly new too and I am also 1/2 a Geordie !
Someone else will probably come along to help you but I think it might be because you have joined as a Seller. Had you joined as a Seller+ you would get the Gallery pictures.
I paid the Seller+ fee to get the Gallery pictures and also because I wanted to schedule my listings.
You could always upgrade if you wanted to. I am hoping I haven't given any wrong facts here - if I have I shall go and stand in my corner until they let me out again !

You have chosen the free listing, that doesn't include a thumbnail / gallery picture. If you go to help>fees, there is a table of costs for the different options

As a basic Seller you will need to create a Platinum format listing (http://uk.ebid.net/help_selling.php#20) in order to get the thumbnail image in search results. This incurs a small listing fee but gives you many other listing options in addition to the thumbnail.
