Hi,
I received a question through ebid to my email address about an item which closed just afterwards. I tried to reply via the Q&A section in ebid but the question was not there, I just got a message that the item may have closed or been deleted.
I relisted the item hoping the question would appear, but it didn't.
I don't want a prospective new buyer to think I am ignoring him but I am at a loss to what to do next. I tried a private message as I had the buyers ID ( I think) but I don't know if it went or whether that was appropriate.

The item number was 30767024, 6 bowling club badges.

I hope this can be resolved as I am sure it must happen to other sellers also.
