I have two items for sale it tells me how many views I have had but I cannot see a link for watchers. Does this mean the same thing?

How do you know if somebody is watching your item?
I have two items for sale it tells me how many views I have had but I cannot see a link for watchers. Does this mean the same thing?
Information about watchers is not provided to sellers.
On Ebay watchers is a criteria for me for judging whether to pay for further listing for something that doesn't sell.
On Ebid, I don't have to worry about paying for further listing
