It needs keeping to the front as like Madelaine points out only the front page gets done and as its a bigish catagory it really needs to be done as it is stupid as it is but thats just my opinion.

Its probably best to have Machine Embroidery as a seperate cat altogether, with its own subcats.

This would mean changing the original Crafts and Sewing> Sewing and Machine Embroidery
to
Crafts and Sewing> Sewing> with the existing subcats retained in this cat.

and then

Creat a new Category ... Crafts and Sewing>Machine embroidery

with new sub cats e.g.

Crafts and Sewing> Machine Embroidery> accessories
Crafts and Sewing> Machine Embroidery> Threads
Crafts and Sewing> Machine Embroidery> Patterns
Crafts and Sewing> Machine Embroidery> Embroidery Machines
Crafts and Sewing> Machine Embroidery> Other

.
